The Fruity is an oil of character, a little bit burning, possessing a point of bitterness and a taste of pronounced fruit. It is structured enough to complement meats and fishes with a generous taste as the leg of lamb or the red mullet. Its green fruity reminding the freshly cut herb turns out to be perfect in seasoning mixed vegetables, such as tomatoes, peppers or radish. Its robust character allows that one uses it in the preparation of vinaigrettes rich in mustard or in vinegar.
