It has a low acidity of less than 0.5%, making it full-flavored, yet subtle enough for North-American tastes. Terra Medi products are all-natural and made without additives or preservatives.

The finest fruit ripened under the Mediterranean sun is chosen from a variety of Greek orchards. The oil is then extracted from the first cold pressing and perfectly blended for a smooth, rich flavor. Ideal for grilling, sautéing or drizzling over freshly steamed vegetables.
