Lamay Avocado Oil has similiar fatty acids to those of olive oil, having a greater proportion of oleic acid. Additional, it contains a high concentration of Vitamin E and polifenois (antioxidants), beta sitosterol and chlorophyl. Its low acidity (peroxide) makes this product a high quality extra virgin avocado oil.
