Ready to use sauce made with champignon mushrooms, olives, Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) anchovies, spices, all blended with corn oil. An extremely versatile sauce, to be used either on its own or by integrating with either chicken stock or extra virgin olive oil or butter and reggiano Parmesan cheese. Avoid overcooking or overheating the cream lest the truffle aroma will fade. Cover any leftover cream with oil. Store opened jars in the fridge and use within 30 days after opening.
